This book is a horror murder mystery with 2 chapters with another sequel coming late 2023. The antagonist in this movie is a shapeshifting murderer, nobody knows their true identity but this story happened once before in the ancient days. Hundreds of years ago, the descendant of this shapeshifter got exposed to radioactive material in the dessert which started the shapeshifting race and tolled with the descendants mind. Making him evil and making his sole purpose to destroy and rule over humanity. It seems the race continues as one descendant went in hiding. Now this story is another nightmare that nobody should have seen today. The protagonist in this movie is a female detective residing in the ancient city, Ravenwood.. with professional skills and experience, she became obsessed with this case after the murder of victoria sinclair. But little did she know, this case would toll with her mind like the descendants mind.. Getting tangled in her own web. The story unfolds as victoria sinclair adventures house by house in Ravenwood to discover the shapeshifter who can transform into victims they've touched or killed.
