About the Book

Banished to a floating island in the clouds, Jacquelyn dreams of the day her true love, Neal, will come for her. One day, a man in a strange contraption comes to rescue her, but he's not her Neal. "He's been dead for years." Were the words of her rescuer. Jacquelyn is immediately in tears, crying on this stranger who comforts her. He takes her back to his family, telling her all about what she missed. She misses Neal, but kindly accepts the man's manners and tries to enjoy herself with him. She slowly forgets about Neal, starting to like this new young man. But she doesn't know of her father's dying wish, which makes her a wanted woman by certain people. Will she escape her destined fate and live happily ever after with Neal's look-a-like, or be enveloped by her father's own pride?

I was never very good at an "About Me" but I guess I'll take a shot.

For starters, I live on music. It is one of my main muses for my writing and I listen to it 24/7.

Secondly, I love superheroes. I dunno why, specifically, I just think they're all cool and super-ey. I like the villains too.

I'm also a HUGE fan of movies. I watch movies like, a lot. And TV shows, usually mystery or detective type things.

Finally, I love literature. And I say literature, as a whole, because I love it all. I love writing, I love books, I love poetry, and I love music. Music may not commonly be known as "literature" but in some cases, I see it as just that. Certain songs are just so touching and beautiful that I view them as a work of art, or literature. Rather than the trash-pop music that is the modern day soundtrack.

Okay, I think that's the best I can do. I hope all of you dear readers out there enjoy my book!
