James Preslocki, M.D., practiced paediatrics in Denver from 1985 to 2009. He then became a medical teacher and researcher at the Maya Clinic, the University of Phoenix, and Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. The author of eleven books, he was a political activist for causes that vitally affect children: disarmament, day care, schooling, housing, and medical care for all. Dr. Preslocki’s ‘Pink Babies and Brown Parents’ has been translated into twenty-three languages and has sold twenty million copies worldwide since its first publication in 1946.
