This is the first time I’ve come across such a unique book like Sidekick Leadership, a leadership guide specially designed for non-Alphas. This book is highly relevant for those who feel they lack natural leadership skills but have a genuine and sincere desire to nurture the potential of the people around them. With practical approaches and fresh perspectives, it offers authentic ways to maximize team performance, foster strong collaboration, and create meaningful impact.

The sidekick leadership described can be a relevant leadership model for leaders who want to play a supporting role for team success. This book illustrates the wealth of imagination of its author, showing that the writer has a unique ability to blend words together and shape them into a narrative that is not only easy to understand but also carries profound meaning. The readers will feel as if they are reading a fictional story, but in the end, there is a deeper meaning and guidance on how to become a good leader in building a solid team.

Relatively light read but packed with insightful information on leadership, from aspiring to experienced leader. It provides you with awareness that a leader is not limited to a person with highest authority, even your coworker can have leadership qualities that could influence, or even inspire their teammate to work together to certain objectives. Combination of relatable illustration, content, and practical tools helped the deeper understanding on the subject matters. Definitely worth revisiting as a reminder that any person can be heroes.
