8 CONCLUSION

This book was written following a number of winding paths that interconnect and cross each other in multiple and confusing ways. Among the themes that structure the story is the notion than our world is driven by innovation at an accelerating speed. This results in trends that start slowly and on one notice and eventually pick up speed and avquire a momentum such that it is extremely difficult to control or stop them.

New paradigms and new world-views are necessary if we want to understand the accelerating pace of social and technological pace. Another recurring theme is that the mechanicist paradigm, inspired by classical Newtonian physics, that was the motor of the first 2 industrial revolution is not adapted anymore. As classical physicsy inspired this mechanicist world-view, modern physics, with its weird effects of unpredictability an d entanglement provide a for analogies that may be better suited to our brave new world.

We started from the quantum approach to introduce the importance of consciousness. Consciousness being one of the 4 petals of the organizational revolution that provide the main structure of the book, To strive in this new environment organizations need to embrace Digital innovation, collective intelligence, agility and consciousness.

Finally , using the 4 quadrants of integral theory we started sketching a path for organization to implement the 4 petas approach, stqarting from the understanding of the inner individual and its desire to impact the surrounding , using the TRIMA mode. In a following step we build a model of organizational co-responsile leadership, that can offer organizations the agility, consciousness and connection to thir diverse collective intelligence to address the challenges of their environment. Finally we presented a tool to map the complexity of this new, diverse, heterogeneous and interactive environment using an Artificial Intelligence tool.

The specific tools presented are the ones that we adpt and develop in our practice. Others are available and can be used with the same model presented
