Ryan Kent has dedicated his career to helping teams move beyond ritualized delivery patterns and toward systems that learn, adapt, and deliver meaningful outcomes. He leads delivery optimization work in a large enterprise setting, guiding coaches and delivery specialists who support product teams across the organization. His work centres on clarity, timing, and flow, and on creating the conditions for people to do their best work.
Ryan is a Professional Kanban Trainer with ProKanban.org, where he teaches courses in flow, metrics, and product delivery. Through K2 Optimization he shares practical tools and learning experiences for practitioners who want to navigate complexity with more confidence and less friction. He has trained hundreds of professionals and supported more than a thousand practitioners through workshops, talks, and communities ofpractice.
