Tipos de reuniões

Um dos grandes problemas das reuniões é a falta de divisão clara entre o que é estratégico, tático e operacional. A falta dessa divisão, deixa as pessoas confusas sobre o nível de decisão que precisam tomar.

Uma reunião estratégica trata de definir os rumos. Fazendo uma analogia com o Waze, seria como definir qual o trajeto que irá ser percorrido até chegar ao destino. Imagine que possam haver vários trajetos, e qualquer um deles leveria você até onde quer chegar, mas a decisão de escolher um desses trajetos é uma decisão estratégica. Esta decisão muda o caminho que você irá tomar para chegar ao seu objetivo.

Reunião tática

Uma discussão tática, trata de captar todas as coisas que precisam ser feitas para executar o plano estratégico. Voltando a analogia do Waze, no tático você vai mapear onde ficam os postos de gasolina ao longo do percurso, assim como planejar a ida ao mecânico para revisar o carro, e conferir água, oleo e pressão dos pneus, assim como também, em quais restaurantes você vai parar ao longo da estrada Você checa se tem tudo que precisa para iniciar. São todas as suas próximas ações para colocar o plano estratégico em ação.

Reunião operacional

Em uma reunião operacional você já está dentro do carro. Você checa a velocidade, presta atenção as sinalizações de trânsito, e fica atento a qualquer imprevisto que possa ocorrer ao longo do caminho. O âmbito destas discussões se resumem mais ao fazer, e não mais somente ao planejar.
