Values of Co-Authorship

The following is a loose set of values that should be considered when participating in a group working on a book. I’m sure it’s not exclusive or complete, but at least it’s a start.

1. Don’t be a dick
2. Everybody writes.
3. Respect your co-authors.
4. Be humble.
5. Let the purpose of the book be your guide.
6. Take responsibility.
