About the Book

Yoga Schmoga is a memoir of restlessness and wakefulness.

Yoga Schmoga is a humorous way of saying Your Yoga. Your Dharma. Your truth, your path, your calling, your purpose in life. You’ve got to figure it out for yourself, but it is definitely somewhere out (or rather, in) there.

This memoir chronicles how yoga has affected my formation over the past twenty years, featuring personal essays on career, mental health, dating and relationships and spiritual pursuits.
