I have been in the IT Recruitment Industry since 1999 working in a variety of Agency, RPO and internal recruitment roles. In 2006 I joined Oracle and gained exposure across the Asia Pacific region. I enjoy being able to provide solutions to real world business issues and being able to drive change to help my customers stay ahead of the curve in the increasingly competitive market we are in.

Outside of the world of IT Recruitment my wife and I are busy raising three kids in the sunny suburbs of Melbourne Australia.
