This book is designed to help the cancer patient and their caregiver to communicate with each other and others. Having cancer and all that it means is a scary proposition. We sometimes forget that we need to take care of ourselves. In order to do that we need to be able to communicate.
This is a workbook and my personal story. It is how I learned to communicate my needs to everyone. My hope for writing this book is that it will help to open up the lines of communication in a very difficult time.
