    • Josef is a senior performance and application security engineer. He owns a Masters degree in IT Reliability and a Bachelors degree in Software Engineering. For the last 20 years he has been working for businesses in retail, telecommunications, insurance and financial services industries. Josef has developed test automation frameworks, transformed development chains towards performance and security and closed gaps in monitoring chains.

      In his current assignment Josef is working as a Performance Test Architect in the Financial industry and responsible for making performance engineering part of everyones's daily work.
