Srihari Guru Prasad Thimmapuram, who goes by the name Guru, is an Enterprise Agile coach. He currently helps Societe Generale in their Agile @ Scale transformation.

Guru has demonstrated experience in large scale agile transformations of distributed programs. He has coached several leaders and teams to embrace an agile mindset.

As an avid trainer and a SAFe Program Consultant, Guru has trained and certified more than 500 people. Guru’s professional experience includes a blend of product and services organizations namely Cognizant, Infosys, Accenture, Philips, Shell and Societe Generale.

He won the National Merit Scholarship from Government of India for 3 consecutive years.

Guru believes that the agile mindset and systems thinking are keys for any organization to survive and thrive in this age of innovation and digital disruption. He is also a firm believer of "you get what you measure and hence it is very important to measure the right things”. This book is an effort to share his learnings and experiences on agile team metrics.  

Guru is a music lover, writer, cricket enthusiast and an ardent fan of cricketer Rahul Dravid.

Kiran Kashyap is an Agile Change Agent at Lowe’s India. His daily job is filled with exciting activities ranging from fighting impediments raised by his teams to proudly serving coffees to stressed-out team members.

Kiran has taught agility and DevOps to his teams and is involved in exploring ways of teaching and practicing agility, with a unique flavor of his own. He is a familiar speaker in both international and regional Agile and DevOps conferences with a passion for demo-based interactive talks.  He has spoken in XP Canada 2019, Agile India 2020 and a couple of Regional Scrum Gatherings too.

He is on a learning mission to explore technical agility and possibly, contribute to the field with his own creative twist. In his leisure time, he can be seen playing badminton, playing in his PlayStation 4,  and reading lectures of Swami Vivekananda.
