About the Book
Donald, aged 11, has no idea that he has a grandma, until one morning his mum suddenly gets him ready to go and spend his school summer holiday with her in the countryside. When he gets there, thanks to his mum's best friend, Mr Balshaw, who gives him a lift, he finds he cannot think of anything without Grandma's big black cat, named Moggie, knowing it and transmitting it to Grandma.
