I don’t claim to have any credentials of any sort, nor can I back up anything I say with studies or books. But yet, I think this is something that will be very useful to people, if they read through it and are honest with themselves.

All of us have our ups and downs everyday, and deal with them in our own unique ways. Sometimes we make the right decisions, but other times we don't. Our emotions take over and we're unable to think clearly. That's where this book comes in. I attempt to use all the informal experience I have to help see things from a different angle, narrate a few episodes from my own life and give you something to think about - so YOU can make the best decision for yourself.

So why this book?

1. For starters I love writing the way I do and I love any problem which involves the human mind.

2. For whatever reason, for a very long time now, I’ve been a bouncing board for numerous people. Loads of guys who I’m close to in differing degrees have confided in me for numerous reasons. And I loved listening to people and talking to them, and then writing about my experiences

3. Lastly, maybe someday, this’ll help me if I want to stop being a white-hat hacker and get into psychology :)
