"It is not my intention to cause a breakthrough for any subculture in our society. What I write of is still illegal in all fifty states of the union, as well as most foreign countries that have bothered to address the issues of sex between near blood relations. Furthermore, the particular subject matter which I explore in this anthology is that of father/daughter relationships, a genre fraught with issues of dominance, abuse, pedophilia, and abhorrence. I have talked with several victims of incest, and their stories are sad to hear. Loss of childhood innocence is the most heartbreaking aspect, and those fathers who boast of ‘educating’ their daughters are criminal sex offenders of the worst class. In fact, I believe a father who institutes a sexual dialogue with his daughter at any age, is to be viewed as an offender for reasons of his position, allowing him to exercise a dominance that is unhealthy, and against the principles of decency and choice on the daughter’s part. For this reason, my stories have no reference to underage sex, or dominance on the part of the father. My protagonists are based on young women who were confident enough to make their own decisions, and old enough to pursue them. Although some of my stories involve sexual revelations and normal cognitive events that take place in adolescent awakening, there is no sexual intimacy with anyone under eighteen years of age, as such activity is criminal and will not be encouraged by my pen."
