Being part of planet earth as a living organism, it is us who are the change for the whole. Looking at the whole though, can feel overwhelming. Using small projects lets you define the time horizon that you feel most comfortable with, preventing you from getting paralyzed and keeping you in flow.
Dragon Dreaming is a holistic and systemic process of designing projects of social-ecological transformation. It is built on three pillars:

What's the difference between "Dragon Dreaming" and "Dragon Dreaming for You"?
Most Dragon Dreaming workshops offered focus on the 2nd and 3rd pillar of Dragon Dreaming: Strengthening the communities you are part of and creating projects together that serve the planet. What has been missing so far is a process that enables individuals to strengthen themselves, also using the techniques of Dragon Dreaming. In the past 9 years, I have experimented in that field and as a result have written this book where we focus on YOU, on your connection with yourself, with others, the environment, the planet and how to use and integrate the techniques of Dragon Dreaming in the most beneficial way into your life.
Why do I think that is important?
In many group processes that I have facilitated and accompanied, I observed how many people fail to tell the group what their needs are, because they just don't know. Because they have never been in true conversation with themselves. And how can others know what is important to you, if you don't even know yourself?
