If you are using Salesforce you are already committed to getting the most out of your tech solutions. In the same mindset, you want to get the most out of team working—maybe you’ve heard of Agile and Scrum—but somewhere along the way habits have formed which aren’t achieving that goal. It can be difficult to know how to start to implement change, and even harder to take others with you on that journey. But, as Ines says, ‘it doesn’t have to be painful’.
In this book, Ines will show you how to make the most out of Agile to:
- Motivate a team
- Deliver value to your customers and your business
- Develop sustainable working practices
- Encourage adaptability and acceptance
- Embrace mistakes
Each chapter begins with a real-life example to illustrate a relatable scenario, and concludes with practical, easily implementable suggestions that you can try immediately and recommendations for further reading. Be reassured by Ines’ warm style and years of experience; she knows what the real world is like and this book is your guide through it.

Love Style and great content!
I really love how Inés explains based on real-life examples those topics, that many of us use, many of the times we do it in a suboptimal way. I recommend this book for beginners and more experience project participants, as it is easy to read and the contents will give always really valuable feedback and new points of view.

Also for Salesforce development teams already working agile
This is a book both for people new to working in agile (Salesforce) teams, but also for those experienced in agile. It offers a structured overview of agile concepts delivered by stories that are very relatable and fun to read. Oftentimes people find themselves working in agile teams but have no clue to the why behind all the steps and ceremonies. For me, this solidified my agile understanding. I've shared the book as a gift with colleagues in several agile Salesforce teams I am working with to

Simple, informative and fun.
Clear, simple and easy to read - packed full of scenarios & examples. A super handy guide for those new to Agile, and looking to introduce this methodology into the way they (and teams) work. The principles described in this book, whilst written in the context of Salesforce (CRM) technology, can be applied to similar tech operation functions. An enjoyable and insightful read.

Full of useful insights
Ines capture the heart of agile development here in a way that whilst Salesforce related is not too specific that you couldn't read this book and gain something if you were not in the Salesforce ecosystem at all. I particularly liked the way she focussed less on the terminology and ceremony and more around the actual practice. A highlight for me were the semantics tips and the fun illustrations. A very worthwhile purchase.
