Furthermore, a good Scrum Master has to be aware that all the organization has to be involved with Scrum not only the Scrum team and Product Owner.
To conclude, Scrum Master is a facilitator of each Scrum ceremonies and a Servant Leadership who has to imagine what is the best way to motivate everybody to deliver value and improve their performance.
